       truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Said Charles Carroll Esq
       his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes the said sume of eighty seven pounds
       Currant lawfull money of Great Brittaine att or before the
       Second day of October which shall happen to be in the year of our
       Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixteen with Legall Interest
       for the same Annually to be paid untill the Expiration of the said
       Term that then this deed and every Article Clause and Covenant
       thereof is to be null Void and of no Effect Otherwise to remaine
       absolute and in full force In Wittness whereof the said parties have
       hereunto interchangably set their hands and affixed their seales
       the day and year above written   Memorand.m that it is further
       agreed by the said Thomas Chamberlain to and with the said Charles
       that in Case of death or other failure of the Cattle or negroes afd
so in original
       before the said day of payment afd the said shall and will be by
       him the s.d Tho.s otherwise made good unto him the s.d Charles
       Carroll Esq.r his Ex.rs or Adm.rs in Case of forfeiture of this mortgage
