       David Poole and Josiah Poole or either of them their or either of
       their heirs ex.rs or adm.rs or any other person or persons whomsoever
       lawfully Claiming by from or under them or either of them
       in any wise arrears of Chief Rent or other Customes or services in
       the Country excepted In Wittness whereof the Parties afd to these
       presents Interchangably their hands & seales have put the
