       Certaine grant to him the said David Poole heretofore made by
       George Yate now or late of the County of Annarundel in y.e s.d
       province of Maryland Gentleman and Confirmed to him by
       another Grant from Cecilius Absolute Lord and proprietor of y.e
       province of Maryland and ever Landlord Baron of Baltemore
       bearing date the second day of August Anno Dom one thousand
       six hundred and sixty eight attested by Charles Calvert Lieu.t
       Gen.l and Chief Governour of the s.d province of Maryland
       now are or some of them now be and do stand lawfully &
       rightfully seized as afd of and in all and every the premises
       aformentioned and have in them or himself full power &
       Authority to Grant bargaine sell surrender and dispose of
       the same to the s.d Jn.o McWilliams his heirs and Assignes
       and doe Covenant and grant that these Presents shall be as
       bindeing and effectuall ag.t them and their heirs and all and
       every Person and Persons Claiming the premises by from or
       under them either or any of them to all Intents and
       Purposes as if the same were Passed by any other Grant in
       and according to the Custome of the said province or County
       by and from them the said David Poole and Josiah Poole or
       either of them and doe hereby Consent Authorize and
       Impower him the s.d John McWilliams or any Att.rny of
       any Court of the said Province or County to enter the
       same upon record and Give Livery & seizin thereof to the
       said Jn.o McWilliams (if need be) and Confirme the same
       for them the s.d David Poole and Josiah Poole or either of
       them and in their Names in such manner and form &
       by such Methods surrenders assurances or other Conveyances
       be the same may Can might or in any wise ought to doe
       be done and performed according to the law and Custome
       of the s.d province or County and do Covenant for themselves
       their heirs and Assignes and every of them to and w.th y.e
       s.d Jn.o McWilliams that he the s.d Jn.o McWilliams his
       heirs and Assignes shall or lawfully may have hold
       occupy and enjoy all and singular the said premises w.th
       their and every of their Appurtenances And also have
       take perceive receive and enjoy all the Issues rents &
       proffitts thereof and of every part thereof to and for y.e only
       use of the s.d John McWilliams and of his heirs and assignes
       for ever without any lawfull let suit trouble ejection
       eviction Incumbrance or disturbance of them the said
