x.d  This Indenture made the Tenth Day of November
       in the Elventh year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lady
       Ann by y.e grace of god of great Brittain France and
       Ireland Queen Defender of y.e Faith &c and in the year
       of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Twelve
       Between David Poole of Liverpoole in the County of
       Lancaster Gentleman and Josiah Poole of Lowhill w.thin
       Westderby in the said County Gentleman of y.e one part
       and John M.cWilliams of Liver Poole afd Merchant
       of ye other parte Wittnesseth that they ye said
       David Poole and Josiah Poole for Divers good Causes &
       Valluable Considerations them hereunto moveing and
       more especially for & in Consideration of A Competent
       sume of money to them or ye one of them in hand paid
       at and before the ensealeing & Delivery of these
       presents the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged
       have and each of them hath given granted bargained
       sold aliened released enffeofed and confirmed and by
       These presents do and each of them doth give grant
       bargain sell alien release enffeofe and confirme unto y.e
       sd John M.cWilliams his heirs executors adm.rs and
       assignes All and singular the Messuages Lands tenem.ts
       and Hereditaments with y.e appurtenances of them y.e
       said David Poole and Josiah Poole or either of them
       called and or known by ye name of Upton Court lying
       in Baltemore County within y.e province of Maryland
       on y.e north side ^of^ Pattapsko River opposite to ye Land
       now or late belonging to Hugh Kinsley beginning at a
       Bounded red oake on the furthermost side of a point
       of Land formerly Called Whettstone point and from y.e
       said oake bounding on the said River by a line drawn
       northwest and by North for ye length of Fourty Perches
       ^then north west and by west forty perches^ and from y.e end of North west and by west line by a line
       drawn west for ye lenghth of fourty perches Then northwest
       and by west by a line drawn west for y.e length of one hund.d
       perches bounded by a line drawn west and by north for y.e
