       the said parcell of land unto him the said Stephen Johnson his heirs
       and Assignes And the said James Beall doth further by these presents
       Covenant promise grant and agree for him and his heirs to and w.th
       him the said Stephen and his heirs that he the said James and
       his heires shall and will from time and at any time hereafter
       dureing the space of seven years at the reasonable Request and
       at the proper Cost and Charges in the law of him the sd Stephen
       his heirs and Assignes make do suffer execute and acknowledge
       or Cause to be made done suffered executed and acknowledged all
       every or any such act or acts thing or things Device or devices
       Assurance or Assureances whatsoever necessary needfull or
       requisite in the premises for the further and better demiseing
       granting leaseing and Letting unto farm the said parcell
       of land and other the premises unto him the said Stephen
       Johnson his heirs and Assignes after such manner and by
       such ways means methods or Instruments in wrighting as by
       him the said Stephen his heirs or assignes or by his or their
       Councill Learned shall be devised or required And further
       that at the expiration or determination of the said term &
       this Lease the said James Beall his heirs or Assignes
       one other Lease shall make seal deliver and execute unto
       him the said Stephen his heirs & assignes for the terme of
       ninety and nine years afd and so a third fourth & fifth &c.a
       renewable for ever and in Consideration of the said Annual
       rent or Acknowledgment of one Ear of Indian Corne according
       to the true Intent and meaning of these presents And Lastly
       the said James Beall doth by these presents Covenant pmise
       grant and agree to and with him the said Stephen his heirs
       and Assignes that the said Tract or parcell of Land and other
       the demised premises against himself and his heirs and all
       other persons Claiming or to Claime for by from or under
       him them or any of them shall and will now and at all times
       hereafter warr.t and defend In Wittness whereof the said
       parties have hereunto interchangably set their hands and
