178 before the ensealing and delivery of these Presents in hand paid or secured to be paid the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and himself thereof and of every part and parcell thereof doth hereby acquitt release and Discharge the said Daniel Dullany Hath given granted bargained sold Aliened and Confirmed and by these presents doth give grant sell alien and Confirme unto the Said Daniel Dullany the said two tracts or parcells of land with all houses Outhouses Tobacco houses buildings Gardens orchards Fences woods ways proffitts Comodities and other appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining or accepted reputed ^deemed^ or taken as pte pcell or member thereof and all rents arrearages of rent Issues and proffitts thereof Togeather with all deeds Pattents Charters and other wrightings Evidences & minuments thereunto relateing belonging or appertaining To have and to hold all and singular the premises w.th the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof to the said Daniel Dullany his heirs & assignes for ever And the said John Courts for himself his heirs ex.rs & adm.rs by these doth Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Dan.l Dullany his heirs and Assignes that all and singular the premises with the appurtenances and every part and parcell thereof now be and for ever hereafter shall Continue remain and be unto the sd Daniel Dullany his heirs and Assignes for ever to his and their own proper use and behoofe well and sufficiently Discharged saved defended and kept harmless by the said John Courts his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs or some of them of and from all manner of former and other bargaines sales Limitations Incumbrances Claymes demands Leases Conveyances and Incumbrances whatsoever heretofore made or (hereafter) |
