       Bladen his heirs and Assignes as shall be
       reasonably Devised Advised or required for y.e
       better Assureing & Conveying to him and his heirs
       the right and Interest of the Said Philemon and
       Mary of in and unto y.e afd Quarter Part of
       Kent Fort mannour and other the lands to her devised
       by the Said Phillip Lynes Esq.r In Wittness
       whereof the parties hereto have Interchangably
       set their hands and Seales y.e Day and Yeare
       first above written

           On the back of the aforegoeing deed was thus endorst Viz.t
Sealed and delivered in the p.rsence of us

                         Mem.d that on this day being the
       twenty nineth day of Aprill One Thousand
       Seven hundred and thirteen Came before me
       Sam.l Young Esq.r one of her maj.tys Justices of
       y.e Provinciall Court of Maryland Philemon
       Hemsley and Mary his wife parties to the w.thin
       deed and acknowledged the within deed to be
       their act and deed and the lands and p.rmises
       therein Contained to be y.e right and Estate
       of y.e s.d W.m Bladen within menconed his
       heirs and assignes in manner as within
       exprest y.e said Philemon and Mary his wife
       excepting and reserving out of the within
       Grant and this acknowledgm.t their right
       and title to a Tract of Land called Bell
       Connell which they deem to be the right &
       Inheritance of John Seymour Esq.r sonn of
       our late Governour John Seymour Esq.r deced
