       houses buildings Orchards Rights Previledges and
       appurtenances whatsoever thereto belonging or in

       with all deeds pattents wrightings Evidences
       Minuments and Escripts thereto belonging to
       him the Said William Bladen his heirs and Assignes
       for ever and to his and their Sole and proper
       use for ever and to noe other use Intent or
       purpose whatsoever free and clear & absolutely
       freed & cleared from the Claime Demand or
       any p.rtence of right whatever therein or thereto
       by from or under y.e s.d Philemon Hemsley & Mary
       his wife their or either of their heirs or Assignes
       or any other person whatsoever Claimeing by from
       or under them (the Rents and Services due to the
       Lord proprietor of this province always excepted
       and foreprized) And the S.d Philemon Hemsley
       and Mary his wife for themselves their heirs ex.rs
       and adm.rs and every of them doe hereby Further
       Coven.t Grant bargain and Agree to & with the
       Said William Bladen his heirs and assignes that
       at y.e Reasonable Request & Costs and Charges
       in y.e law of y.e said William Bladen his heirs or
       assignes they shall and will make such further
       reasonable assureance Conveyances and releases
       of y.e hereby by them Granted bargained and
       released p.rmises unto the said William
