Sealed and delivered in Psence
of us      Joseph Pratt John Young      Att the foot of the aforegoing
                                                    Deed was thus written Viz.t

                         Annop.s Maryland 18.th March 1712
       Then reced of the above mentioned Amos Garrett the sume
       of Sixty pounds sterl mony of Great Brittaine being the
       Consideracon of the above purchased land & Wittness my
       hand & Seal                                          Hez Haynes   (sea)

           Maryland 18.th March 1712   Then Came the above menconed
       Hez Haynes before Sam.l Young Esq one of her maj.tys
       Justices of the Prov.l Court of Maryland and acknowledged
       the within deed and the land &c therein menconed
       to be y.e right of y.e above named Amos Garret
       his heirs and assignes for ever according to act of
       Assembly in that Case mentioned and provided

       On the back of y.e aforegoing deed was thus endorst Viz.t
      
       Maryland May y.e 16.th 1713   Then reced of M.r Amos
       Garret the quantity of eighteen pounds of tob.o being y.e
       alienat.n fine for the within menconed Land
