       Haynes shall and will from time to time and at
       all times for ever hereafter at and upon the reasonable
       request and Proper Cost and Charges in the
       Law of the Said Amos Garrett his ex.rs adm.rs or Assignes
       Do make Levy Execute acknowledge and Suffer ^all^ and
       every such farther and other Reasonable act or acts
       thing and things for the better farther and more
       perfect assureance Surety Sure makeing and
       Confirmeing of the Said Tract of Land lying in
       Sassafrax River in Cecill County and in the Pvince
       of Maryland afd and of the said Messuage
       Land tenem.ts and other the Premises in the
       Burrough of Southwark in S.t Saviours or S.t
       Olives Parish and with their appurtenances and
       and every ^or any^ part and parcell thereof unto the
       said Amos Garrett his heirs ex.rs adm.rs and
       Assignes in manner as herein before is menconed
       that is to Say the said Tract of land in Cecill County
       to the Said Amos Garrett his heirs and Assignes
       for Ever and the said Messuages and all other
       the premises in Southwark afd the said Amos
       Garret his ex.rs adm.rs and assignes for and dureing
       the naturall life of the said Hez Haynes after
       the death of Eliz.a Haynes his said mother be
       it by fine or fines deed or deeds Indented or
       Pole Common recovery or recoverys with a single
       double or treble Voucher or Vouchers release
       or Confirmation as by all and every or any
       of the said ways and means or by any other
       ways and means in the law whatsoever as by
       the Said Amos Garrett his heirs ex.rs adm.rs and
       Assignes or by his or their Councill Learned in y.e
       Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and
       required In Wittness whereof the Said
