       Garret his heirs and Assignes for Ever and to none
       other use or purpose whatsoever And Farther y.e said
       Hez Haynes for himself his heirs execut.rs and adm.rs
       doth Covenant grant and promise to and with the Said
       Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes that Immediatly
       from and after the Death of Eliz.a Haynes his the
       said Hez Haynes his mother the Said Amos
       Garrett his heirs ex.rs adm.rs and assignes by vertue
       and Force of these Presents and of the said deed of
       bargaine and Sale above recited shall & may have
       hold and Occupy Possess and Enjoy the Said Messuages
       Lands tenements woods underwoods gardens stables
       and heriditaments af.d with their appurtenances in
       the burrough of Southwark in S.t Saviours or Olives
       Parish af.d at Least for and dureing the Naturall life
       of him the Said Hez Haynes without any Impeachm.t
       of or for any wast or wasts whatever And the Said
       Hez Haynes for himself his heirs execut.rs adm.rs
       and assignes and for every of them doth farther
       Covenant promise and grant to & with the Said
       Amos Garrett his ex.rs adm.rs and assignes by these
       presents that the said Messuages Lands tennem.ts
       and other the Premisses in Southwark af.d now
       are and from and after the Death of Eliz Haynes
       his the Said Hez Haynes his mother for and
       Dureing his the said Hez Haynes his naturall
       life shall Continue to be of the clear yearly vallue
       of twenty pounds sterling a Year over and above
       all Charges and reprizes Issueing and goeing out
       of the same   And farther that the Said Hez.a
