150 One hu^n^dred and fifty perches then Northwest by West seventy three perchess thence south west by west fifty three perches then south southeast one hundred perches then west by south sixty perches then south southeast fifty pearches to a marked gum tree ^being y.e upper bounded tree of W.m Price & runing from the s.d tree^ bounding with Pricees land east by north five hundred and fifty pearches till it intersect the afd Dates Desire her^e^tofore in the possession of Paul Kempton and from the said intercextion by a straight line to the first bounded tree Containing by Estimation four hu^n^dred Acres of Land more or less And also all & all manner of trees woods underwood wayes waters watercouses houses out Houses orchards gardens profits Comodities advantages Emoluments hereditam.ts and Appurtenaces whatsoever to the same same two peices or percels of Land belonging or Appertaining To have and to hould the said two peices or percels of Land with the appertenance and ev^e^ry pa^r^t and parcle thereof unto the s.d Samuel Groom his Executors Administrators and Assignes from the day of y.e Te^r^me of two thousand years from hence Next Esuing and fully to be Compleat & ended Yielding and paying therefore yearly during the sd term unto the s.d William Nichols his heirs And assignes the yearly Rent of one Graine of Indian Corn if the same shall be Lawfully demanded Provided alwayes and upon Condition Nevertheless That if the s.d W.m Nichols his ^heirs^ Executors Administrators or assignes the full and Just sum of two hundred and one pounds eight shillings of Lawfull money of Gre^a^t Brittain by good and suffitient Bills of Exchange to be Drawn upon some Responsible Merchant in Great Brittain [illegible] ^with^ Lawfull intrest for the same after the rate of six pounds p Cent p Annum at three Equal yearly payments the first payment thereof to be made with Intrest by Bills of Exchange ^as^ afd at or upon the twenty fourth day of June now next Comeing and so on the twenty Twenty fourth ^day^ of June Yearly and that such Bills of Exchange when drawn shall be duly Houred and Paid That then this present Indenture and every article (and) |
