142 Claim by from or under him them or any of them or by his or their act ^means privity or^ procurem.t And the said Humphrey Pellew for himself his heirs ex.rs and adm.rs doth Covenant grant and agree to and with the said Benj.a Ball his heirs & assignes & every of them that he the said Humphry Pellew notwithstanding any act matter or thing had made Committed done or suffered by the said Humphrey Pellew now is and standeth seized and at the time of the first executeing of an Estate of and in the same tenements and hereditaments and premises by force of these presents unto the said Benj.a Ball shall be lawfully and absolutely seized in his demeasne as of fee simple to him and his heires of and in the said Lands tenements and hereditaments and all other the premises with the appurtenances without any manner of Condition of any use or uses to alter Change determine or make void the same And that he now hath and then shall have good right full power and lawfull and absolute authority to grant bargaine sell and Convey the said Lands tenem.ts and hereditaments & all other the premises with the appu.s unto the said Benj.a Ball his heires and assignes according to the true Intent and meaning of these presents notwithstanding any act had made done or suffered by the said Humphrey Pellew or his heirs or any other person or persons by from or under him or by his or their act means privity or procurement In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have Interchangably set their hands and seales the day and year first above written Judeth Pellew (Seale) Hump.y Pellew (Seale) On the back of y.e aforegoing Convey.a was thus endorst Viz.t Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us the parchm.t being first stampt with two six penny stamps John Russell Not.rs Pub Oliver Emmett George Thomas John Iniledon Be it knowne to all men by these presents that we the within named Humphry Pellew and Judith his wife have Constituted ordained named and appointed and by these presents do Constitute ordaine name and appoint ^our well beloved friend^ Co.ll W.m Coursey of Queen Anns County in the province of Maryland to be our lawfull att.rny for us and in our names and in our place and stead to appear before all or any of her maj.tys Justices either of the prov.ll or County Courts within the said province & (then) |
