       and Lastly that the said Gilbert Scott shall and will for ever warrant & defend
       the same against all psons whatsoever Claiming or to Claime by from or
       under him unto the said John Hyde his heires and assignes for ever

       Provided allways and it is the true Intent & meaning of these psents
       that if the s.d Gilbert Scott his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes shall & will well & truly
       pay or cause to be paid unto the above named John Hyde his ex.rs adm.rs or assignes
       at or before the Twenty fifth day of September next ensueing the date hereof
       the one moyety or half part of the aboves.d sume of four hund.d and fifty pounds
       and the other moyety of or half part of the s.d sume at or before the twenty fifth
       day of September w.ch shall be in the in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand
       seven hundred and twelve that then this deed & all Clauses and Covenants
       therein Contained are to be null Void frustrated and determined In Wittness
       whereof the said parties have hereunto sett their hands and seales the day & year
       first above written
