x.d   By this publick Instrum.t of Procuration or Letter of
       attorny    Be it known and Manifest unto all people that on the
       twelfth day of May Anno 1711 and in the Tenth year of our
       sovereigne lady Ann Queen of Great Brittain &c before me
       Robert Torrent Notary publick by Royall authority admitted
       and sworne dwelling in London and in the presence of y.e
       under written Wittnesses personally appeared M.r Arden
       Carlton of London Merch.t unto me Notary well knowne
       which appearer in the first place revokeing all former
       procurations or Letters of attorny by him heretofore made
       Hath made ordained Constituted and appointed And by these
       presents doth make ordain Constitute and appoint M.r W.m
       Wilkinson of London Merch.t but now bound out on a
       Voyage to Patuxent River in Maryland on the Continent
       of America to be his true and lawfull attorny Giveing unto
       him full power authority & speciall Charge for and in the
       name and to the proper use and behoof of him the Constituant
       to ask demand sue for levy recover and receive of and from
       all and every such person or persons whome it doth or
       may Concerne in Maryland afd or else where on the Continent
       of America all such sume and sums of mony debts goods
       wares Merchandizes Effects Estate and things now due or
       belonging to the said Constituant or in any wise appertaining
       to him be the same due or oweing either by bill bond bank
       accounts bill or bills of exchange consignm.t or consignm.ts of
       goods or otherwise howsoever for what Cause or reason soever
