134 And his heirs shall and w.ll from time to time and at all times hereafter do make acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be made done acknowledged suffered & executed all and every such further or other act or acts thing or things conveyances and assurances in the Law whatsoever as by the said John his heirs and assignes or his or their councill Learned in the Law shall ^be^ reasonably advised devised or required for the better and further assurance surety and suremaking of all and singular the premises unto him the said John ^his^ heirs and assignes according to the true intent & meaning of these psents In witnesse ^whereof^ the parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seales the day and year first above written Geo Wells (S) On y.e back of the aforegoing deed was thus written Sealed & Delivered In psence of Mordicai Moore Sam.l Young Rob.t Boone Aprill y.e 7.th 1713 Then came before me Sam.l Young one of her maj.tys Justices of the prov.ll Court the w.thin menconed Geo Wells & acknowledged y.e w.thin Instrument to be his act & Deed according to act of assembly also at y.e same time came before me Mary Wells y.e wife of y.e s.d Geo who being secretly examined out of the hearing of her said husband acknowledged y.e w.thin menconed Deed to be made w.th her free will and Consent and that she makes this acknowledgm.t willingly and freely w.thout being induced thereto by fear or threats of or used by her husband or fear of his Displeasure Sam.l Young |
