125) Jan.ry the 16.th 1712 then reced nine shil & six pence for the within alienation p me p ord.r of M.r Charles Carroll 1057 Jam.s Carroll Alien.r recorded Jan.ry y.e 17.th 1712 By This Publick Instrument of Procuration or Letter of attorny be it known and manifest unto all those who shall see these presents or hear the same read that on the thirteenth day of October Anno Dom 1712 and in the Eleventh year of the reigne of our Sovereigne Lady Anne by the grace of God Queen of Great Brittain France and Ireland defender of the faith &c before me James Dunnidge Notary and Tabellion Publick resideing in London duly admitted and Sworne in the presence of the wittnesse hereafter named Personally Appeared M.r Tho.s Waple of London Merch.t who declared to have made ordained and Constituted and by these presents doth make Ordaine and Constitute M.r Osmond Waple of Maryland Merch.t at present in London his true and Lawfull attorny giveing and by these presents Granting unto his said attorny full power and lawfull authority for him the said constituant in his name and to his use to ask demand Levy sue for and by all Lawfull ways and means recover and receive of and from our and every such person or persons of what degree or Quallity soever whome it shall or may concerne all such sume and sums of mony goods wares Merchandizes Effects Estate and things whatsoever due oweing belonging or in any wise appertaineing to me the said Constituant whether by bond note bill book debts accts consignm.ts or for or by what other reason or meanes so ever nothing excepted nor Reserved upon recoveries and receipts to give one or more acquittances or other suff discharges in due form of Law But in Case of refusall or delay by any person or persons whome it shall or may concern to make and render just and true acc.t and payment and sattisfaction in the premises him or them thereunto to compell by all all Lawfull wayes and means whatsoever Also if need be to appear before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Court or Courts thereto ans.r defend and reply in all matters and Causes touching or concerning the premises to doe say pursue implead seize sequester attach imprison and to condemn and out of prison again to Deliver Also to Compound Conclude and agree by arbitrat.n or Otherwise as his said attorny shall think fitt and Generally in and Concerning the premises to doe performe and execute all and whatsoever shall be requisite and necessary as fully amply and effectually to all Intents Constructions and purposes as he the said Constituant might or Could do if personally present and that altho the Cause should require now especiall or ample Power then is herein before perticularly exprest with power to substitute one or more (attornyes) |
