124 other Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever (the rents or services hereafter to become due and payable to the Chief Lord of the fee only excepted) and the said George for himself and his heirs doth hereby further Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said John Ingram and his heirs and assignes that he the said George Wells and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter warr.t and defend the afd tract of Land & premises with the appurtenances to the said John Ingram by these presents bargained and sold or Intended to be hereby bargained and sold and every part and parcel thereof unto him the said John Ingram his heirs and assignes from and ag.t him the sd George and his heirs and from and ag.t all manner of persons w.ttsoever And the said ^George^ for himself and his heirs Doth hereby ^further^ Covenant promise grant and agree to & with the sd John Ingram his heirs & and assignes that he the said George and his heirs shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter do make acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be made done acknowledged suffered & executed all and every such further and other act or acts thing or things conveyances or assureances in the Law whatsoever as by the sd John Ig Ingram his heirs and assignes or his or their Councill learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised for required for the better & further assureance surety and sure makeing of all and singular y.e premises unto him the s.d John Ingram his heires & assignes according to the true Intent & meaning of these presents In Wittness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands & affixed their seales the day & year first above written George Wells (seale) On the back of the sd deed was thus endorst Viz.t Seal.d & deliv.d in the July y.e 18.th 1712 psence of JBordley Then Came the within menconed George Wells Jn.o Beard and acknowledged y.e w.thin Instrum.t to be his act & deed according to act of Assembly before me being one of her maj.tys Justices of her prov.l Court of Maryland Sam.ll Young recorded Jan.ry y.e 15.th 1712 (Jan.ry) |
