       mouth of the river running from the said white Oake up the s.d
       Wells branch for breadth two hundred per to a marked Ceader standing
       on a Lowe point of Marsh being the southermost point of a Creek
       Called Ceader Creek bounded on the said Ceder by a Line drawn west
       south west three hundred and twenty perches bounded on the west
       south west by a line drawn east south east two hundred perches
       bounded on the east south east by a line drawn east north east
       three hundred and twenty perches to the marked oak standing
       by the Cove from the said White Oake Crossing the Cove southerly
       to a marked Chesnutt standing on a small point in the said Cove
       respecting to the east south east a small Island being the south
       point of the said River runing from the Chesnutt Oake Cross
       the neck west south west thirty perches to a marked red Oake
       standing on a shrubby Barran point at the head of a Cove
       Called Shole Cove bounded on the said Red Oake by a line drawn
       south down the said Cove to a marked Oake on the point by y.e
       river one hundred & sixty perches bounded on the said oak
       on a point runing northerly along the river to the marked
       Chesnutt Oak Containing and Laid out for four hundred seventy
       and five Acres more or Less To have and to hold the said
       tract of Land and premises with the appurtenances unto him
       the said John Ingram his heirs and assignes for ever to the
       only proper use and behoof of him the said Jn.o Ingram his
       heirs and assignes for ever and to none other use Intent or
       purpose whatsoever   And the said George for himself and
       his heires Doth hereby Covenant promise grant and agree
       to and with the said John Ingram his heirs and assignes that
       he the said George and his heires shall and will from time
       to time and at all times for ever hereafter save Indemnifye
       and keep harmless as well the said John Ingram his heires &
       and assignes as all the before mentioned to be bargained
       premises and every part and parcell thereof of & from
       all former and other gifts grants bargaines sales Joyntures
       dowers titles of Dower statutes Judgments recognizances
       executions rent Charges Arrearages of Rent forfeitures & all
