       Discharges for us or any or either of us and in our or any or either
       of our names to Make Seale and Deliver and alsoe to Compound
       for the same as they shall think fitt and one or More attornies
       to Make substitute and appoint under them or the surviv.rs of
       them (of need be) and at their pleasure to revoke againe and
       further Wee Doe and every of us Doth by these presents authorize
       and Impower our said attorney & attorneys and the surviv.rs of
       them to Doe all and every thing and things whatsoever either in
       our or any or either of our Names or in their owne names
       or in the name od the surviv.rs of them in any Court or Courts
       or before any Judge or Judges or any other person or persons
       whatsoever as the Laws of that Country will permitt needfull
       for the haveing Receiveing sueing recovering and possessing of
       all and singular the said premises and of all and every part and
       parcell thereof as wee our selves or any or either of us
       joyntly or severally might or Could Doe And Wee Doe by
       these presents for us and every of us ratifie confirm and allow
       whatsoever our said attorney or attorneys or the surviv.rs of them
       shall lawfully Act or Doe in our or any or either of our names
       in ab.t for touching or concerning the premises as if Wee ourselves
       or any or either of us had Done the same or had been present
       at the Doeing thereof and altho the Case may require for more
       ample or other Authority then herein is Containd And Wee
       Doe and every of us Doth further by these presents impower
       and authorise our said attorney or attorneys or the surviv.rs of
       them for us or any or either of us and in our or any or either of
       our Names to enter upon possess sue for and Recover and Doe
       all and every Act and Acts Thing and things whatsoever in any
       Court or Courts and before any Judge or Judges for touching and
       Conce^a^rning all and every the estate right title interest Claime
       Challeng or Demand whatsoever which Wee the said Thomas
       Lynch and the said Sisly Lynch Mary Lynch and Evelin Lynch
       or any or either of us have hath had or might or ought to have
       in parte or in the whole to the Reall estate of the said Francis
       Lynch by the Laws and Constitutions of that Country of Virginia
       or Maryland And We Doe and every of us Doth by these
       presents ratify allow and confirm all and whatsoever our said
       attorney or attorneys or the surviv.rs of them shall lawfully
       Act or Doe or Cause to be Done for touching or Concerning the
       same as if Wee ourselves or any or either of us had actually
       Done the same or had been present at the Doeing thereof
