       any or either of us to ask require demand distrain for recover
       receive enter upon and possess all and singular the sume &
       summs of mony Debts Duties and Demands whatsoever servents
       slaves and all the goods & chatles of what Nature or Kind soever
       which Did any ways belong to the said Francis or which
       were any ways Done or payable unto him or any other in trust
       for him or to his use or in his possession or in the possession
       of any other pson or psons whatsoever in trust for him or to
       his use upon any pretence whatsoever and to which Wee
       have or any or either of us [illegible] any right title interest
       claim challeng or Demand whatsoever in right of the said Francis
       Lynch or by from or under him from all or any person or
       psons whatsoever in Virginia or Maryland afores.d or ^in^ any
       other part or parts of America aforesaid or else where
       And Wee Do and every of us Doth likewise by these prsents
       impower and authorize our said attorney and attorneys am
       the surviv.r of them for non payment or for Non Delivery
       of all and every the sume and sumes of Money Debts Duties
       and Demands whatsoever and the servents slaves and all the
       other the goods and chatles of what Kinde or Nature soever
       belonging Due or payable to the said Francis Lynch by any
       wayes or any pretence whatsoever or to any other person or
       persons in trust for him or to his use or which Did any ways
       belong to him or were in his possession or in the possession
       of any other person or persons whatsoever in trust for him
       or to his use to arrest sue implead Distrain Imprison and
       Condemn all and every such person and persons as shall
       Denye or Refuse or Doe not on Demand satisfie Deliver
       or pay all and every such sume or sumes of Money Debts
       Duties and Demands of what Nature or Kinde soever
       which are or have been or may or shall be by any ways
       or Means belonging Due or payable or Did any ways
       belong to the said Francis Lynch or in which the said Francis
       Lynch or Wee the said Thomas Lynch Sisly Lynch Mary
       Lynch & Evelin Lynch or any or either of us in the said
       Francis his right or from by or under him had or hath any
       estate right title interest Challenge Claim or Demand
       whatsoever either in parte or in the whole upon any
