       Then Came David Roberts and Daniel Vickers and made oath on the holy
       evangelist that they see the within Letter of attorny signed sealed and delivered

           To all Christian People to whome this publick wrighting
       or Instrument of Procuration shall Come to be seen or heard read Thomas
       Lynch of Gallway (Comonly Called black Tho.s Lynch) Sisly Lynch
       Mary Lynch and Evelin Lynch daughters of the s.d Thomas Lynch Send
       Greeting Whereas Francis Lynch fit Thomas late of Virginia or
       Maryland in America eldest sonn and heir apparent of the said Thomas
       Lynch and brother to the said Sisly Lynch Mary Lynch and Evelin Lynch
       dyed Lately in Virginia af.d (without Issue of his body) seized and possessed
       of a Considerable Estate both reall & personall in Virginia and in Maryland
       afd and of several good Chattells & debts to which the said Thomas Lynch
       Sisly Lynch Mary Lynch and Evelin Lynch ^are Interested & Intituled (the s.d Thomas Lynch as father and the s.d Sisly Lynch Mary Lynch & Evelin Lynch^ as sisters there being not
       any brother or other sister now Liveing)

                And Whereas wee the said Thomas Lynch Mary Lynch Sisly
       Lynch and Evelin Lynch have the second day of February in the
       year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and nine appointed
       Constituted and authorized our Dear only & welbeloved brother Stephen
       Lynch as also Andrew Lynch of Gallway Merch.t & the survi^v^or of them
       our true & Lawfull attornys to goe to Virginia & Maryland to Ask
       sue for recover procure receive and dispose of all and singular
       the said Reall & personall estate of what nature or kind soever that
       belonged to the said Francis Lynch at the time of his death or in
       reversion remainder or otherwise but wee are informed by
       severall Credible Letters and really beleive the said attornies Stephen
       and Andrew Lynch are since dead Now therefore know Yee that
       wee the said Thomas Lynch and the said Sisly Lynch Mary Lynch &
       Evelin Lynch have authorized Constituted Nominated and appointed
       and by these presents doe for us and every of us severally and
       respectively Constitute nominate and appoint Nicholas French
       our true & Lawfull ^att.rny &^ attornys for us & in our names or in the
       name fo us or any of us and to and for the use of us and every or
