       in the province afores.d merch.t  All those sever.ll pcells
       of Land hereinafter perticularly mecconconed (that is to
       say) All that Tract or pcell of Land Lying in Cecill County
       Called Tuskarora Plaines Containing by Estimacon nine
       hundred sixty one acres (more or less) and also that other
       peece or pcell of Land being the moyety or one halfe part
       of a Tract of Land Lying in Cecill Co.ty af.d Called prices
       Venture and Containing by Estimacon one hundred
       Twenty five acres more or Less and also one other Tract
       or Pcell of Land Called New Castle back Landing Cont.a
       foure hundred acres of Land more or Less togeather with
       all Rights benefitts proffitts advantages & appurtences
       thereto belonging or appertaining  To Hold the same
       unto the said W.m Nicholls his heirs & assignes for ever
       Subject Nevertheless to a Certain pvisoe Covenant or
       Condicon therein Contained That if the said Nicholas
       Sporne his heirs Ex.rs or adm.rs should well and truly pay
       or Cause to be paid unto the said W.m Nicholls his Ex.rs
       adm.rs or assignes the said sume of one hundred and
       thirteen pounds thirteen shillings and five pence at
       Certain Days and times therein appointed for paym.t
       thereof and now Long since past as in and by the said
       Recited Indenture relacon being thereunto had may more
       at Large appeare and Whereas noe part of the said
       sume of one hundred and thirteen pounds thirteen shill
       and five pence is as yet paid or satisfied to the said W.m
       Nicholls or his assignes  Therefore Know Yee that
       the said nicholas Sporne for and in Consideration of
       the said sume of one hundred and thirteen pounds
       thirteen shillings and five pence to him as af.d
