       all & singular the s.d herein before menconed &
       hereby intended to be granted Lands & premises w.th
       their and every of their appurtences unto y.e s.d John
       Gooding his heires and assis be it by fine or fines
       recovery or recoverys feofment or feoffm.ts Deed or
       Deeds of bargaine & sale inrolled or not inrolled
       Inrollment of these presents Release confirmacon
       or otherwise howsoever as by the s.d John Gooding
       his heires and assis or his or their Councell
       Learned in the Laws shall be reasonably devised
       advised or required so as y.e pson or psons hereby
       obliged to make such further assureance or assureances
       be not for the makeing levying suffering or
       executing of the same compelled or compellable
       to go or travail above ten miles from y.e place or
       places of his or their then habitacon or abode
       and so as no such further assureance or
       assureances do continue or imply any larger
