       and Justices thereto assigned acknowledged the s.d
       Lease for one year one Deed of Bargaine & Sayle of y.e
       s.d premises bearing Date y.e Day of the Date of these
       presents and this present Indenture of Release to the
       End the same or any of them may according to the
       Laws and Customes of the s.d province of Maryland by
       the Date of these presents and this present Indenture
       of Release recorded there In wittness whereof y.e
       parties first above named to these presents have
       interchangeably sett their hands & seales y.e Day &
       yeare first above mentioned

       on the back of y.e aforegoing deed was thus written Viz.t
       Sealed & Delivered (being first duely stampt)
