       or any her Royall predecessors Except y.e rent due to the
       Lord of the Seigneory thereof and of from & ag.t all
       other estates titles troubles charges and Incumbrances
       whatsoever had made comitted done or suffered or to
       be had made comitted done or suffered by the s.d Tho.s
       Gray his heires or assis or any other pson or psons
       whomesoever claimeing or to claime by from or
       under him or them or any of them  And lastly y.t he
       y.e s.d Tho.s Gray his heirs and assis and all & every other
       pson and psons haveing or claiming or who at any
       time or times hereafter shall or may have or claime
       any Estate right title trust or interest of in to or out of
       the s.d herein before mentioned and hereby intended
       to be granted and released Lands and premises or
       any part thereof by from or under him or them
       or any of them shall and will from time to time &
       at all times dureing the space of seven yeares
       next ensueing the date of these presents upon every
       reasonable request and at the Costs & Charges in the
       Law of the s.d John Gooding his heires & assis make doe
       acknowledge Levy execute & suffer or cause & procure
       to be made done acknowledged levied executed &
       suffered all and every such further Lawfull & reasonable
       act & acts thing & things device & devices
