       said John Abington dyed anyway seized of or
       Interested in and Lying and being in the said province
       of Maryland and Every part and pcell thereof and all
       the Estate right title Interest property Claime and
       demand whatsoever both in Law in Equitty of them
       the said John Hyde and Isaac Milner of into or out of
       the same premises or of mor to any part or Pcell thereof
       To Have and to hold the said Mannor
       sever.ll peices or parcells of Land and all and Every
       other the premises hereby granted bargained sold
       aliened enfeoffed released and Confirmed or menconed
       or intended to be ^acquited^ bargained sold alliened enfeoffed
       Released and Confirmed with their and Every
       of their appurtenances unto the said Richard Harrison
       & Seth Biggs their heires and assignes forever to
       the only proper use & behoofe of them the said
       Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs then heirs and
       assignes for Ever  And the said John Hyde for
       himselfe his heirs and assignes doth hereby
       Covenant promise grant and agree to and with the
       said Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs their heirs
       Ex.rs & adm.rs and to and with every and Either of them
       that for or notwithstanding any act matter or thing
       by him the said John Hyde done to the Contrary they
       the said Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs their heirs
       and assignes shall and Lawfully may from time to
       time and at all times hereafter have hold use
       occupy possesse and Enjoy the said Manner peices or
