75 drawn North and by West from the end of the East ^line^ for breadth five hundred perches untill it intersect a Parrellell Drawn from Abingtons Creeke on the north by the said Creeke and Parrallell on the west by the said River Containing and Layd out for one thousand acres more or Less Togeather w.th All Royalties (and Priviledges) (Royall mines Excepted) most Usually belonging to mannors in England And also all that parcell of Land Called Dowsdale being in Calvert County in Maryland afores.d and Lying on the East side of Potuxant River in the woods Beginning at a markt poplar the said poplar being the South East Corner Tree of Abingtons Mannor and Runing East for Length three hund.d & Twenty per.s to a markt Red Oake bounding on the East by a Line drawn north and by west for the Length of five hundred per.s to a markt oake on the north by a Line drawn west from the end of the north and by West Line unto Abingtons Mannor on the west with the said Mannor on the south with the East Line Containing and Laid out for one thousand acres more or Less and also all those two Lotts or parcells of Land one at Charles Town Called or known ^by the name^ of Mount Calvert and the other at Cox Town with all houses Edifices and buildings thereon or thereunto belonging Togeather with all and Every other the Lands and Tenements whereof the (said) |
