70 thereof To have and to hold the said Mannor sever.ll peices or parcells of Land and all and every other the p.rmises hereby bargained and sold or menconed or intended to be hereby bargained and sold with their appurtenances unto the said Richard Harrison and Seth Biggs from the Day next before the day of the date of these presents unto the full end and terme of one whole year from thence next ensueing and fully to be Compleated and Ended Yielding and Paying therefore unto the said John Hyde and Isaac Milner their heirs or assignes the Rent of one pepper Corne on the feast Day of S.t Michael the Arch Angell next Ensueing the date hereof if the same shall be Lawfully Demanded to the Intent and purpose that by Vertue of these presents and of the statute for transferring uses into possession they the said Rich.d Harrison and Seth Biggs may be in the actuall possession of the said Mannor & all and Every the premises and be thereby Enabled to take & accept a Grant and Release of the Revercon and Inheritance thereof to them and his heirs In Wittness whereof the said parties to these presents interchangably have sett their hands and seales the day & year first above written John Hyde (sea) Isaac Millner (sea) On the back of the aforegoing deed was Endorsed as (follows) |
