x.d  This Indenture made the seventh Day of
       November ion the sixth yeare of the Reigne of our
       sovereigne Lady Anne by the Grace of God of Great
       Brittain France and Ireland Queen Defender of the
       Faith &c Annoq Dm one thousand seven hundred and
       seven Between John Hyde of London merchant and
       Isaac Milner of the same merchant of the one part
       and Richard Harrison of Calvert County in the
       Province of Maryland merchant and Seth Biggs
       of the said province of Maryland merchant of the
       other part  Whereas by a Certain Decree made in
       the high and honourable Court of Chancery the one
       and twentieth Day of may which was in the yeare
       of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and five ^Two^ in
       a Certain Cause then and there depending between
       John Nelmes and Charles Nelmes Infants by their
       next Friend Devises in the Last will of John Abington
       Late of London aforesaid merchant Deceased of
       the premises herein after menconed plaintiffs
