       Maryland shipwright & Elioner his wife of the one
       part and Amos Garrett of said County & pvince merch.t
       of the other part  Whereas the Right Hon.ble Charles Lord
       Baron of Baltemore &c.a by his Letters pattents bearing
       date the Twentyeth day of Aug.t one Thousand six hundred
       & seventy did grant unto one Jarvis Morgan Late of
       Ann Arundell County af.d decd a Pcell of Land Called middle
       neck lying on the East side of Chesepeake bay & in a River
       in the said bay Called sassafrax River and on the north
