46 save and keep harmless as well the said Amos Garrett as also the said Land & all other the pmises before mentioned to be bargined or sold or Covenanted to be Conveyed as af.d with the apputts & Every part and pcell thereof of and from all other former bargains sales Joynters dowers Tittles of dowers statutes Judgm.ts recognizances forfeitures & all others Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had made or done before the sealing or delivery of these Psents by him the said Sam.ll Dryer & Susannah his wife or by any other Pson or psons Lawfully Claiming from by or under him or them in any wise And the said Samuell Dryer and Susannah his wife doth hereby for themselves & their heirs farther Covenant Pmise grant and agree to & w.th the said Amos Garrat his heirs and assignes that they the said Sam.ll Dyer and Susannah his wife shall and will or Either of them from time to time & at all times when thereunto required do make acknowledge suffer & Execute or Cause to be made done sufferred acknowledged & Executed all & Every farther & other act & acts thing and things assurences & Conveyances whatsoever as by the said Amos Garrett his heirs & assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be from time to time be reasonably devised or advised for the farther & better assurance surety & sure making overall & singular the Pmisses hereby bargined or sold or hereby Intended to be bargined or sold And Lastly the said Sam.ll Dryer & Susannah his ^wife^ for themselves & their heirs doth hereby Covenant pmise grant & agree to & with the said Amos Garrett his heirs (and) |
