45 thereof taken and returned unto our Land office bearing date the five and Twentieth Day of february one thousand six hundred ninty and five Now this psent Indenture Wittnesseth that the said Samuell Dryer and Susannah his wife for and in Consideracon of the sume of fifty pounds and sixteen shil sterl Lawfull mony of Great Brittain to them in hand paid by the said Amos Garrett the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge to be paid to them the said Samuell and Susannah thereof and Every part and pcell thereof doth hereby fully Clearly & absolutely Exonerate acquitt & discharge him the said Amos Garrett hath given granted bargained sold aliened enffeoffed and Confirmed as by these psents he the said Sam.ll and Susannah for themselves & their heirs doth give grant bargin sell alien enffef and Confirm unto him the said Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes all the af.d Two hundred fifty and foure acres of Land Called Dryers Inheritance To have & to hold the said two hundred fifty & foure acres of Land & pmisses Called Dryers Inheritance w.th all & singular the woods underwoods & Timber Trees orchards nurseries pastures meadows houses & out houses and all other the apputts whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto him the said Amos Garrett his heirs & assis for Ever And the said Sam.ll Dryer & Susannah his wife for themselves & their heirs doth hereby Covenant pmise grant & agree to and with the said Amos Garrett his heirs and assignes that they the said Samuell Dryer and Susannah his wife shall at all times from henceforth & from time to time acquitt and discharge or otherwise (save) |
