       hereby bargained and sold and every part & pcell
       thereof shalbe and enure and it is hereby declared
       the same shall be adjudged deemed & taken to be &
       enure to the onely propper use and behoofe of
       the s.d Tho.s Tench his heires and assis forever & to
       and For none other use intent or purpose
       w.tsoever  In Wittness whereof the partys first
       above named have to these Presents Indentures
       interchangeably sett their hands and seales the
       day and yeare First above Written In the yeare of
       our lord God one thousand seven hundred & five

                Seth Biggs   Tho.s Hughs
   
       on the Back of the foregoeing Deed was thus

       Mary his wife and the s.d Mary being secretly
       Examined according to Law they both acknowledged

       to the within menconed land & premises is the
       proper right of the within named Tho.s Tench
       Esq to hold to him his heires and assis forever
       according to act of assembly in y.t Case made
