       and will from time to time & at all times for and
       dureing y.e space of seven years & at y.e Cost & Charges
       in the Law of him y.e s.d Berry his heirs or assis make
       due acknowledge all & every such Lawfull acts
       assurances thing or things & other Conveyances
       in the law whatsoever  For the Further better
       and more perfect assureance of all & singular
       the before Granted premises & one thousand acr
       of Land as before mentioned (Except as before
       Excepted) y.t is to say the two hundred a of Land
       sold out of the one thousand a of Land to Gabrill
       Parrott) with their and Every of their appurtences
       unto the s.d Benj.a Berry his heirs & assis forever
       In Wittness whereof y.e pertys abovementioned
       have Interchangeably sett their hands & seales

       did freely Clearly and voluntaryly without fear
       of threat of her s.d husband Give up all her right
       Title & Dowry unto the within mentioned Benj.a
       Berry his heirs & assis forever  In Wittness
       whereof we have hereunto sett our hands
