       Berry at or before y.e ensealeing & Delivery of these
       presents the rec.ts whereof y.e s.d Joseph Willson doth
       hereby accknowledge himselfe to be fully sattisfied
       Contenten & p.d and Every parte therefrom doth
       acquit Exonerate & discharge y.e s.d Benj.a Berry
       his heirs Ex.rs ad.rs and every of them by these
       presents and for Divers good Causes & Consideracons
       him the s.d Joseph Wilson thereunto moveing
       hath granted Bargained sold alliened Enfeoffed
       released & Confirmed an by these presents Grant
       Bargaine sell alien Enffeofe & Confirme unto y.e s.d
       Benj.a Berry his heirs and assis forever
       all y.t peace or pcell of Land scittuate lying &
       being in Baltemore County called or knowne
       by the name of Thompsons Choice on y.e Ridge
       of Gunpowder River formerly Taken up by
       M.r James Thompson of Calv.t County decd &
       afterwards in the posesion of M.r Arthur
       Thompson Brother to y.e s.d James Thompson & now
       in y.e possession of Joseph Willson  Begining at a
       bounded oake being the westermost bounds of a
       tract of Land formerly laid out for maj.r Nich.o
       Sewell & runing west five hundred p.s to a bounded
       oake standing by the great falls  Then north
       three hundred & twenty p.s Thence East five
       hundred p.s Thence w.th a straight Line to the
       first bounded Tree Cont.a and formerly laid out
       for one thousand a of Land be the same more
       or less  Together with manner of houses fences
       trees woods ways water Courses proffitts rights
       members and appurtences whatsoever (Except
       and out of this present Grant allways saved &
       forever Reserved unto Gabrill Parrot of Ann.ll
