165 of the Citty of London Merchants & payable to me the abovesaid Charles I doe therefore hereby declare that in Case the said bills shall be duly accepted & paid according to the tennor thereof that then the above deed & all Clauses & Covenants therein Contained is to Cease & detirmine & be Void & of noe Effect as wittness my hand & seale the day & year above written Char.les Carroll (seale) Sealed and delivered in the psence of John Welsh Nich Jacob On the back side of the aforegoing deed was thus Indorsed as followes Viz.t To M.r Wornell Hunt or any of the attorneys of Ann.ll Co.ty Court These are to authorize and Impower you or any of you to acknowledge the within deed for me and in my name according to act of assembly in that Case made and pvided & for your so doing this shall be your warrant Give under my hand and seale this 20.th day of July 1710 Hugh Riley Sea Sealed and delivered in the presence of Nich Jacob John Welsh July 29.th 1710 Then Came the above named Wornell Hunt and acknowledged the within deed pursuant to the power granted him as above & according to Laws before me Phile Lloyd Just provin 701 This Indenture made the 10.th day of March Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and nine Between John Rousbey Esq.r of Calvert County in the province of Maryland of the one part & Rich.d Smith of S.t Leonards in the County afd of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas the Right honble (Charles) |
