154 upon Recoveries and Receipts to Give one or more acquittances or other sufficient discharges in due forme of Law But in Case of Refusall or delay by any pson or psons whome it shall or may Concerne to make and Render Just & True account and payment and satisfaction in the premises him or them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull ways and meanes whatsoever Also If need be to appeare before all Lords Judges and Justices in any Court or Courts there to answer defend & Reply in all Matters and Causes Touching or Concerning the premises to doe say pursue Implead seize sequester attach Imprison and to Condemne and out of Prison againe to deliver Also to Compound Conclude and agree by arbitration or otherwise as his said attorney shall think fitt And Generally in & Concerning the premises to do pforme and execute all & whatsoever shall be requisite and Necessary as fully amply and effectually to all Intents Constructions and purposes as he the said Constituent might or Could do if personally present And that althô the Cause should Require more especiall or ample power then is herein before particularly exprest w.ch power to substitute one or more attornies under him with Like or Limitted power and the same againe to Revoake he the s.d Constituant hereby promising to Rattify Confirme & hold for good and Vallid all and whatsoever his said attorny or his substitutes shall Lawfully do or Cause to be done in or about the premises by Virtue of these psents Thus done & passed in London afd in the presence of the underwritten wittnesses Sealed & Delivered Sam Groome (Seale) in the p.rsence of Jn.o Jackson Quod Attestor Rogatus Moses Toplift Ja.bus Dunnidge Not.rius Pub.cus Tho Usher (seale) May the 8.d 1710 Then Came before me John Jackson & made oath on the holy Evangelist that he saw the above named Sam.ll Groom sign seale & Delivere the w.thin Letter attorney as his act & deed and further saith not Jurat coram me 7 sides W.m Holland |
