       may Peaceably and Quiatly have hold use occupy
       possess & Enjoy the s.d Messuage & tennem.t & every pte
       and pcell thereof to the only prop use & behoofe of him
       y.e s.d James Bowles his heires & assis forever provided
       always that if the s.d George Thompson his heires Ex.rs ad.rs
       or assis or any of them doe well & truely Content & pay
       unto the s.d James Bowles his heires Ex.rs ad.rs or assis
       the af.d fifty pound nineteen Shill & seven pence by y.e
       25.th day of Dec.r a d 1707  Then this present mortgage
       Indenture & Convayance shall be utterly ^nul^ nul voyd Frustrate
