       respect or out of or belonging or appertaining to the s.d
       Lands and pemises or to the said Constituants and the said
       James Hargrave or any of them and to that end to make do
       assigne and pass all such acts writeings matters and things
       requisite and necessary in and about the premises w.ch shall
       be of as much force effect & Vertue to all Intents Constructions
       and puposes as if by them the said Constituents either or
       any of them or by the said James Hargrave resptively
       made signed or executed and upon recoveries and receipts
       to give one or more acquittances or other sufficient
       discharges in due forme of Law but in Case of refusall
       or delay by any person or persons whome it shall or may
       Concerne to deliver possession and make payment and
       satisfaction in the premises him or them thereunto to
       Compell by all Lawfull ways and meanes whatsoever
       also if need be to appeare before all Governours Lords
       Judges and Justices in any Court or Courts there or
       else where to answer defend and reply in all matters
       and Causes touching or Concerning the premises
       and to do sue pursue implead seize sequester attach
       imprison and to Comend and out of prison againe to
       deliver  Also to Compound Conclude and agree by arbitracon
       or otherwise as their said attorney shall think
       fitt and Generally in and Concerning the premises
       and all matters and things thereunto relateing to do
       performe and execute all and whatsoever shall be
       requisite and necessary as fully amply and effectually
       to all Intents Constructions and purposes as they either
       or any of them the said Constituents or the said James
       Hargrave Joyntly or severally might or Could doe if
       personally presents and that altho the Cause should
       require more ample or especiall power than is herein
       before expressed with power to substitute one or more
       attornie or attornyes under him w.th Like or Limitted
       power & the same againe to revoake they the said
       Constituents hereby severally promiseing to Ratifie
       Confirme and hold ^for^ good and Valid all and whatsoever
       their said attorney or his substitutes shall Lawfully
       do or Cause to be done in or about the premises by
