       Vertue of these presents   In faith and Testimony
       whereof the s.d Constituents have to this present
       publick Instrument of procuration sets their hands &
       seales before the said Robert Fenwick Esquire Mayor &
       the said Notary and wittnesses underwriteing and
       delivered the same in their presence at the Town &
       County of Newcastle upon Tine afd to the Use of
       the said procurator according to the true Intent &
       meaning hereof the day month & yeare first above
       written

Anglie            I do Certifie that on the day of the date of this
