       severally make ordaine Constitute authorize &
       appoint and by these presents do Joyntly and Severally
       make ordaine Constitute authorize and appoint in
       their place and stead put the said Samuel Cockayne
       their true and Lawfull Attorney procurator actor and
       factor in the names and to the Uses of them the said
       Christopher Tesdall Mary his wife Anne Cockayne &
       James Hargrave giveing and by these presents joyntly
       and severally granting unto the said attorney full power
       and Lawfull Authority for them the said Constituents
       and for the said James Hargrave in their and every
       of their names and to their and each of their Uses to
       ask demand levy sue for and by all Lawfull ways
       and meanes to enter into and upon and take poss.n
       of recover receive & take of and from Eliz.a Carter
       wid.o relict and adm.rx of the said Richard Carter
       deceased her heires ex.rs and adm.rs and of all others whom
       it shall or may Concerne  All and singular Messuages
       houses lands grounds Tenements plantations hereditam.ts
       negroes slaves and other the Reall Estate whatsoever
       with their and every of their appurtenances which
       Lately belonged to the said Richard Carter and w.ch
       they they the s.d Constituents and the said James
       Hargrave are or shall be or any of them is or shall be
       respectively Intituld or have any right to by meanes of
       the decease of the said Richard Carter or for or by
       what other reason or meanes soever nothing of the
       premises excepted or reserved  And also to demise lett
       sell or dispose of the premises and every or any part
       thereof and also in the names of them the said
       Constituents and of the said James Hargrave and
       for their severall and respective uses to ask demand
       Levy sue for and by all Lawfull ways and meanes
       recover and receive of and from the said Eliz.a Carter
       and all others whome it shall or may Concerne all &
       every such stock Cropp proffitts Rents and heirlooms
       w.ch at the Time of the death of the said Richard
       Carter or at any Time since were growing standing or
       being in or upon or due or payable for or in
