       hereby intended to be bargained & sold & all his the
       said Alex.as Right Interest and pretention thereto
       together with the appurtinances unto y.e s.d W.m Bladen
       his heirs and assis forever & to y.e only proper use
       and behoofe of him the s.d W.m Bladen his heirs & assis
       forever together with the Stock of Cattle horse & sheep
       aforementioned Provided Nevertheless & subject
       to this Condition y.t in Case y.e s.d Alex.a Forbas his
       heires or assis shall at any time hereafter at or
       before y.e tenth day of Dec.r w.ch shall be in y.e yeare
       of our Lord 1709 pay unto the s.d W.m Bladen his Ex.rs
       or Ad.rs the full and just sume of one hundred pounds
       ster with y.e Lawfull interest due thereon from the
       date of these presents y.t then Imediately upon the
       paym.t thereof the s.d W.m Bladen for himself his
       heires and assis doth hereby Covenant grant & agree
       to and with the s.d Alex.a Forbas his heirs Ex.rs &
       ad.rs that he the s.d Alex.a Forbas his heirs or assis
       shall retake againe hold occupy and possess the afore
       bargained premises together with the Stock of Cattle
       mare and sheep in his their proper Right for ever
       any thing in this Indenture to the Contrary notw.thstanding
       In Wittness Whereof the partys to these
       presents first above mentioned have Interchangeably
       Sett their hands and seales the day and
       yeare above Written
