       said W.m Bladen his heirs Ex.rs & ad.rs hath granted
       Bargained sold assigned transferred aliened Enfeoffed
       released & Confirmed and by these presents doth grant

       upon y.e Easterne side of Kent Island in Queen Anns

       neck Cont.a seventy five acres Bonadventure Cont.a
       seventy seven a The addition Cont.a one hundred

       Island Cont.a thirty six a and one other Tract of Land
       called Ratterdam Cont.a fifty a be the same more
       or less according to the severall surveys thereof
       in the whole am.o to five hundred & fifty acres
       Together with the houses Edifices Building orchards
       fences Timber Woods underwoods and & appurtenances
       thereto belonging and all the right title
       Interest Claime Demand & pretention w.tsoever
       of him the s.d Alex.a of in or unto all or any
       of the s.d tracts of Land hereby mentioned to be
       granted or sold whether by the Lord proprietarys
       patents or by virtue of an obligation under the
       hand and seale of Rob.t Smith Esq Decd for
       makeing over and duly conveying to the s.d Alex.a
       his heires and assis any of the s.d Lands or by
       Virtue of a Certaine decree of the high Court of
       Chancery within this her Maj.tys Province
       relating thereto Together with a Certain Stock
       of black Cattle Consisting of nine Cows & five
       Calves one heiffer three four year old steers six
       two yeare old Cattle marked each Eare a Cropp and
       undersquare & slitt one mare & tenn sheepe
