       not being paid all of one Tennor & date pay or Cause to be paid
       unto Nath.ll Davis Mariner or his order the sume of five pounds
       sterl Curr.t money of England make good paym.t place the same

       Nelthorpe of the Citty of London Merchants and John Brice of
       the County of Ann Arundell in the af.d province merch.ts
       of the other part   Wittnesseth that the said Nath.ll &
       Hannah his wife for and in Consideracon of the sume of
       ninety six pounds sterl ^money^ to them in hand well and Truly paid
