           Know all men by these presents that I Hans
       Kierstede of New York Chyrurgion am held and firmly
       bound unto George Gray of Calvert County in the
       province of Maryland in the full and Just Sume of
       three hundred pounds sterl money of England to be paid to
       the said Geo Gray or his Certaine atturney his heires Ex.rs
       adm.rs or assignes to w.ch paym.t well and Truly to be made
       and done  I bind my self my heires Ex.rs adm.rs firmly by
       these Psents sealed w.th my seale dated this 6.th day of Nov.r
       in the 7.th yeare of her Maj.tys Reigne Anne by the
       Grace of God Queen of Great Brittaine &c.a Annoq Dm
       1708

            The Condition of the above obligacon is
       such that if the above bounden Hans Kierstede his heires Ex.rs
       & adm.rs and Every of them shall and do from time to time
       and att all times hereafter well & Truly observe Pforme
       fullfill & keep all and singular the Covenants grants articles
       Condicons Clauses and agreements menconed and Contained
       in one Certaine Indenture of Bargaine And sale bearing
       even date w.th these Psents and made between the above bounden
       Hans Kierstede of the one part of above named George
       Gray on the other part w.ch on the part and behalf of y.e s.d
       Hans Kierstede his heires Executors and administrators
       are or ought to be observed performed fullfilled and kept
       in all points and Condicons Respectively according to
       the purport true Intent and meaning of the same
       Indenture that then this obligacon shall be Void and
