120 Interchangebly have sett and putt dated the day & yeare first above written Annoq Dom 1708 Hans Kierstede (Seal) Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of Rich.d Dallam Jn.o Parker W.m Smith On the back of the aforegoing deed was Endorsed as followeth M.d That the day & yeare w.thin written Came before me W.m Holland Esq Chief Justice of the prov.ll Court the w.thin named Hans Kierstede and acknowledged the within written Indenture to be his Act and deed according to the direction of the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided W.m Holland Nov.r y.e 8.th 1708 Then Came before me Jn.o Bigger one of her maj.tys Justices for Calvert County Gerard Schuyler of the province of New York and made Oath upon the holy Evangelists that the within mentioned Hans Kierstede Conveyor of the w.thin menconed Lands is known & Reputed to be the Eldest son of Hans Kierstede the Eldest Brother of the w.thin named Jochem Kierstede late of Calv.t Co.ty deced Jurat Coram me Jn.o Bigger March 6.th 1712 Reced for y.e alien.a of the w.thin Land one pound [illegible] Ster & tenn pence three farthings P Charles Carroll |
