       w.thout any Let Suite Eviction interupcon or hindrance
       of or by the said Hans Kierstede his heires Ex.rs adm.rs or
       assignes or of or by any other person or Psons whatsoever
       pretending any Title Int.rst or right of Inheritance from the
       s.d Jochem Kierstede  And that the said Pcells of Land
       and premises now are and from hence forth forever hereafter
       shall remaine and be unto the said George Gray his heires &
       assignes discharged and accquitted or well and suff.tly saved
       harmless and keept Indemnifyed of and from all Manner
       of former and other gifts grants bargaines Sales mortgages
       Dower and Title of Dower and from all other Estates and
       Titles made by the heires of the said Jochem Kierstede
       And further that the said Hans Kierstede his heires
       and assignes shall and will from time to Time and at all
       Times hereafter at the Request Cost and Charges in the Law
       of the said George Gray his heires or assignes make do
       suffer & Execute and Cause to be made done suffered and
       Executed all and Every such further Lawfull and Reasonable
       act and Acts which shall or may be for the
       future ^further^ or better assureing and suremakeing of the
       Pmises and Every part thereof to the said George
       Gray his heires and assignes from him the said Hans
       Kierstede his heires and assignes or any other person or
       Persons whatsoever Claiming Int.rst title or Right of
       Inheritance descending from the af.d Jochem Kierstede
       as by his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall
       be Reasonably devised advised or Required  In
       Wittness whereof the parties first above named
       to these present Indentures their hands & seales
