       presents my full & whole power strength & authority In &
       aboute the premises & upon the rec.t of any such D.ts Rents
       and sumes of money af.d acquittances or other Discharges
       for me & in my name to make Seale & Deliver & all &
       every other act or acts thing & things Device & Devices in y.e
       Law whatsoever neadfull & necessary to be done in or ab.t
       the premises for the recovery of any such Debts Rents &
       sumes of money as af.d for me & in my name to Doe Execute
       and Pforme as fully Largely & amply In every respect to

       Could Doe if I were personally present Ratifieing allowing
