       in Calvert County being first Taken up by W.m Pritchet
       and by his son Jn.o Pritchet sold to the afd Jochem

       Pte of two Pcells of Land formerly Laid out for Henry
       Coursey and John Read lying in Calvert County on the
       north side of Pattuxent River near Hollowing point
       Begining at a bounded white Oake with eight notches att
       the head of a branch and Runing East Two hundred eighty
       five per to the North East bounds of Henry Courseys Land
       then south about fifty five per to the north East bound of
       John Reads Land then w.th a Continued south Line
       about fifty foure per to y.e Intersection of Richard Harris's
       Land now in the poss.n of Thomas Edmonds Tho.s Goslin
